This line is composed of QCL120(100,80) vertical washing machine, KSZ 620/60(620/43) or ASZ620/38 sterilizing & drying tunnel, AGF12(10A,10,8) filling & sealing machine. It is divided into three zones of  washing ,drying & sterilizing, filling & sealing. Each machine can function independently, or be connected as a compact line. It could finish processing procedures such as: water sprinkling, ultrasonic washing, ampoules infeed by screw conveyer, Turn ampoules by manipulator, water flushing( interior and exterior), air flushing (interior and exterior), preheating, drying & sterilizing, cooling, (front gas charging), filling, (rear gas charging), preheating, sealing, and etc. It is mainly used for production of ampoule in pharmaceutical factories. The improved type is suitable for not only ampoules but also vials production.

Characteristics

Vertical ultrasonic washing machine adopts ultrasonic washing and washing by alternant jetting water and airflow. It is the most popular and with highest clarity washing equipment in the world. In whole washing process, three washing mediums adopt independent needles, each group of needle only flush one washing medium, avoids cross contamination, which meets GMP requirement much more.

Sterilizing & drying tunnel adopts the principle of laminar flow and hot air sterilizing technics, which can make containers reach 3 Grade National cleanliness (100 Class U.S.A. industrial standard). Ampoule filling & sealing machine adopts starwheel to input bottles instead of sector block, adopts three segments type walking beam instead of integer type, adopts synchronous gear belt transmission structure instead of cam. It is the most popular filling and sealing device in the world. And it also improves running balancequalified rate of equipment.

It adopts advanced PLC control man-machine interface operation which can not only control the whole line but also control single machine. It guarantees normal running of the whole compact line, with high automation degree, few operator and low labor intensity.
